The Future She Wanted

As we grow older, we always ask ourselves “What am I in the near future?”, “Am I going t be successful?”, “what are the things that I already achieve when that time comes?”. I know that a lot of us ask those things to ourselves and wonder, dreaming. When we’ve been working so hard to achieve our dreams, we cannot stop ourselves to daydream about what we wanted us to be in the future.

For me, the next 10 years, I dream of myself being successful in the profession that I’ve chosen. I imagine myself traveling around the world with my family, being able to buy the things that I wasn’t able to buy today. But I also imagine myself struggling in life because it is part of our life, we don’t know what is the future, so we can imagine negative things, which is not bad at all because it is called facing the truth, accepting the reality. And at the same time, I also imagine myself being able to surpass those challenges and giving my very best to give me and my family a better life.

As for now, I really don’t know what I wanted to be. I want to take a profession that I really wanted, not what my mother wanted me to be, not my brothers, not my father, or not what people wanted me to be. That is why as I grow older and get close to that future, I am doing my best to find out the right profession for me because I don’t want to disappoint the future of me not being able to achieve those dreams.
